Terms

The agreement,
in plain words.

What you get, when it arrives, who owns it afterwards, and what either of us can do if it goes wrong. Written to be read once and understood, not to be survived.

  • You own the finished site
  • The price does not move
  • Either side can stop

Last updated 28 August 2026An agreement between you and Aciezen Technologies, trading as Aciezen.

These terms apply when you buy a website from us. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written in ordinary language on purpose. A term you did not understand is a term you did not really agree to.

What you are buying

A finished website, at the price on the label.

Each box on this site is a fixed scope at a fixed price. The product page lists exactly what is included, and the brief lets you add pages, sections and features, each priced beside it before you agree to it, never after.

The price does not move. Once you have paid for a scope, that is the price for that scope. If you later ask for something outside it, we quote that separately and you decide. We will never send an invoice for work you did not agree to.

Some requests cannot be priced automatically, such as anything custom you describe in your own words. Those are quoted after checkout, and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

Timing

When it arrives, and what starts the clock.

  1. 01

Your order shows its own dates

Never less than 4 working days to the first design for a standard build, and longer for bigger ones. You see the exact dates before you pay.

  2. 02

The clock starts with your content

Not at checkout. If you have nothing ready, say so and we start with good stock images, then swap yours in. Time spent waiting for your material is not time we can be held to.

  3. 03

Two rounds of changes are included

Time you spend reviewing is yours, which is why the live date is an estimate and the first-design date is a promise.

If we miss a date we tell you before it passes, say what happened, and give you a new one. If a missed date means you no longer want the site, the refund still stands.

What we need from you

Your side of it.

Short, and all of it is ordinary.

You agree to

  • Send us your content, or tell us you have none so we can start anyway
  • Own the rights to the logos, photos and text you send us
  • Reply to review rounds so the build can finish
  • Pay for the scope you agreed, when you agreed it
  • Use the site for something lawful

You do not have to

  • Know anything technical
  • Be available for a call at a particular time
  • Write your own copy, because we can do it
  • Commit to anything ongoing after the site is delivered

Content you send stays yours, and you keep responsibility for it. We build what you ask for; if what you supply infringes someone else’s rights, that is not something we can check for you.

Ownership

Yours on final payment. All of it.

On final payment, the website, its content and the domain are yours. Nothing is held on our account to keep you here, and there is no licence you have to keep renewing to go on using what you paid for.

We keep the right to show the finished design in our portfolio and on this site. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not, and no reason is needed.

Hosting and domain fees are billed by the provider, not by us. We set everything up in your name, with SSL, and that is the one cost the box price does not cover.

Afterwards

Support and maintenance.

Up to 6 months maintenance is included, depending on the order. Your order states its own term and it starts the day your site goes live. It covers things that stop working the way they were built to work: broken links, a form that stops sending, security updates, and small text or image edits.

New pages and new features are not maintenance. Those are quoted separately, so you never get a bill you did not agree to first.

Stopping

Either side can walk away.

Both directions, stated plainly, because a one-sided cancellation clause is a warning sign.

You can stop

At any point, for any reason. What you get back is set out in the refund policy, which has no time limit on it.

We can stop

Rarely, and only for something real: content that is unlawful, abuse of the people who work here, or a brief we genuinely cannot deliver. You get your money back for anything not delivered.

A contract you needed a lawyer to read is a contract written to be used against you. This one is short because we do not intend to use it against you.

The legal bits

Liability, and the law that applies.

What we are responsible for. Delivering the website described in your order, to the standard shown on the product page. If we fail to, your remedy is a fix or a refund, and there is no time limit on asking for the refund.

What we are not responsible for. Losses that follow on from something else: lost sales, lost profit, lost data held by a third party, and anything outside our control, such as an outage at your hosting provider or a domain registrar. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order it relates to. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms. They apply as they stood on the day you ordered. If we change them, the change affects future orders and not one already under way.

Which law applies. These terms are governed by the law of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. That does not remove any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Before anything formal. Write to billing@aciezen.com. Almost everything that reaches this section is a misunderstanding that one honest reply resolves.

Anything here you would like explained?

Ask before you buy, not after. A person answers, in plain words.
