Refunds

Money back.
No time limit.

If the site is not what we showed you, you get a refund. Not within thirty days, not within ninety. There is no window to miss. Ask, and we send it back.

  • No time limit
  • No questions asked
  • No form to argue through

None

Time limit on asking for a refund

One line

All you have to write to start it

Once

Times we will ask if we can fix it instead

Most refund policies are written to make refunds hard. Ours is one sentence: if you are not happy with the work, you get your money back. You do not have to prove anything, and you do not have to explain yourself.

We can afford to say that because you see the design before you buy. You are not paying for a description of a website. You are picking a finished one. That removes most of the reasons a refund ever gets asked for, and the few that remain are usually our fault.

How to ask

Three steps, and none of them are a form.

  1. 01

    Email us

Write to billing@aciezen.com from the address on your order. One line is enough, and "I would like a refund" does it.

  2. 02

We reply within one working day

We will ask if anything can be fixed instead, once. If you say no, that is the end of it, with no second attempt to talk you round.

  3. 03

    The money goes back

Returned the way you paid, through the same provider. How long it takes to appear is your bank's timing, not ours.

The door stays open.

There is no month you have to claim inside. Ask whenever you decide, and the money goes back the way it came.

Being straight about it

What is covered, and what is not.

A promise with no edges is one nobody believes. These are the edges.

Refundable

  • The design is not what was shown on the product page
  • The work is not what the box said it included
  • We missed the date on your order and you no longer want it
  • You changed your mind before we started building
  • Anything we got wrong and could not put right

Not refundable

  • Domain registration and hosting fees, which are billed by the provider rather than by us
  • Work already approved and taken live at your request
  • Custom work quoted separately and signed off by you
  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf with your agreement

Cancelling

Before and after work starts.

Before we start

Nothing has been built. Tell us and you get the full amount back.

While we are building

Say so and we stop. You get a refund; you do not keep the unfinished work.

After it is live

The site is yours and stays yours. If it is not what we showed you, the refund still stands.

A promise you can only claim in the first thirty days is a promise with a countdown on it. We took the countdown off.

One thing worth knowing. Two rounds of changes are included in every box. Most of the time something you do not like is something we can change, and it is faster than a refund. Ask for the change first if you would rather have the website than the money. If you would rather have the money, that is fine too.
