What it costs.
Each box has its price printed on it, and that is the price you pay. There is no range, no estimate and no quote. You can read every price on the shop page without talking to anybody.
No. The price on the box is the price you pay. Extras like a logo or extra pages are priced on the label too and added to your total before you pay, never after. The one cost that is not ours is the domain and hosting fee, which the provider bills you directly.
Because the design already exists. An agency quotes for work that has not started, so the price has to cover the unknown. Every box here is designed and finished before you see it, which takes the guesswork out of the number, and the padding with it.
You see the finished design before you commit. The payment terms for your order are shown at checkout before you agree to anything, and nothing is charged that you have not seen first.
Describe it in the brief. Anything we cannot price automatically is quoted separately after checkout, and nothing is charged until you accept that quote.

How long it takes.
Your first design lands in 4 working days for the simplest box, and longer for bigger builds. You see the exact date before you pay, and it moves as you add pages or features. Going live takes a little longer, because that waits on your revision rounds. Need it sooner? Faster delivery is $59, and the brief shows exactly how many days it saves on your order.
When your content reaches us, not when you pay. If you have nothing ready, say so on the brief. We start with good stock images and swap yours in later, so nothing waits on a photo shoot.
Faster delivery is $59. It halves the estimate down to a floor of 2 working days. It cannot turn a large build into two days, and we will not pretend otherwise.
You hear it from us before the date passes, not after, along with what happened and what the new date is. If a missed date means you no longer want the site, the refund still stands.

What you actually get.
No. Seven questions in a form, about ten minutes, whenever suits you. Nothing is gated behind a call. If you would rather talk it through, just ask, and we are happy to.
You can, or we can. Professional copy is priced per page rather than as one flat fee, so a small site does not pay for a big one. It is written for search as well as for reading.
Your business name, what you do and where, your hours, how people should reach you, and a logo and photos if you have them. That is the whole list. You do not need a brief, a spec or finished copy.
Yes, and it is checked on real phones before you see it, which is where nearly everyone will look at it.
That is the whole idea. Every box on the shop page is a finished design, not a description of one. You are choosing something that exists.
After it is live
What happens next.
Yes. On final payment the site, its content and the domain are yours. Nothing is held on our account to keep you here, and there is no licence you have to keep renewing to go on using what you paid for.
We set it up for you, SSL and all, so there is nothing technical at your end. The hosting and domain fees are billed by the provider rather than by us, and that is the one cost the box price does not cover.
Yes, and how long depends on what you spend. Every $400 buys another 30 days of cover, up to six months. Your exact term is shown before you pay and starts the day the site goes live. It covers anything that stops working the way it was built to work.
Small text and image changes are part of your cover. Send them to us and they get done. If you would rather make changes yourself, say so in the brief and we will build it so you can.
Yes. New pages and new features are quoted separately so you never get a bill you did not agree to first, and you keep paying the same rate you saw on the label.

Two rounds of changes are included, and you see the finished design before you buy, so there are no surprises to fix. Still not right after that? Money back, no questions asked.
No. Not thirty days, not ninety. There is no window to miss. Ask, and the money goes back the way you paid it.
Domain and hosting fees, because the provider bills those rather than us; work already approved and taken live at your request; and custom work quoted separately and signed off by you.
