Nothing more than that. We do not sell data, we run no advertising trackers, and there is no mailing list you get added to for buying something. Ask, and we delete it.

What we collect
Four things, and you give us all of them.
Nothing here is bought from a data broker or inferred about you from somewhere else.
Your contact details
Name, email, and a phone number if you give one. Used to reply to you and to send you your order.
What you tell us about your business
Your brief: your services, hours, pages, and anything you type into a form or a message. This is what the website is built from.
Files you upload
Logos, photos and documents you send with a brief.
Ordinary server records
Your IP address and browser, in standard logs kept by our host. Used to keep the site up and to spot abuse, not to profile you.
We never see your full card number. When card payments go live they will be handled by a payment provider, and what reaches us is confirmation of the payment and the last four digits on the receipt.

This is the complete list. It is built from the services the site actually uses, not from a template.

Each of these is a supplier doing a job for us, not a partner we share you with. We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to advertisers. The only other circumstance in which we would disclose anything is a legal obligation we cannot refuse.
We have not listed our suppliers by name here. If you want to know exactly who any of them is, whether for your own due diligence or because your business has to record it, ask us and we will tell you.
How long
What we keep, and for how long.
Kept
- Your order and invoice, for as long as tax and accounting rules require
- Your brief and the files you sent, while the site is live and we support it
- Your messages to us, so nobody has to re-explain anything later
- Your account, until you ask us to close it
Not kept
- Card numbers, which we never receive
- Anything sold or shared with advertisers, at any point
- A marketing list you were added to for buying something
- Profiles built from your browsing, because we do not track it
Your rights
What you can ask for, and what happens.
One email is the whole process. There is no form and no identity questionnaire beyond checking you are the person on the account.
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@aciezen.com from the address on your account and we will confirm within one working day and complete it within 30 days.
Deletion has one honest limit. We have to keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law in India requires, so those survive a deletion request. That is the only thing that does, and it is a legal obligation rather than a preference of ours.
If your website is live when you ask us to delete everything, tell us what you want to happen to it. The site and its content are yours, and we would rather hand them over than delete something you still need.
The business model is selling websites. It is not selling you. Nothing on this site is funded by knowing where else you have been.
Children. This is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page. If we change it we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we will email you about it rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
