Four promises.
Each one costs us something.
That is the point. A guarantee the seller can keep for free is a slogan. These four are written down because each one takes something away from us if we break it.

Before your first design, at the least
The four
What we promise, and what it costs us.
Read the second half of each one. That is where a guarantee is either real or not.
You see it before you buy
The design exists, finished, before you pay. It costs us the work of building every box up front, for people who may never buy one.
The price does not move
What is on the label is what you pay. It costs us the ability to re-price a job we underestimated. That is our mistake to absorb, not your bill to receive.
No call is ever required
Nothing is hidden behind a meeting. It costs us the sales call, which is where most agencies do their persuading.
Money back, no time limit
Not thirty days, not ninety. It costs us the deadline we could have hidden behind, and it means we carry the risk instead of you.
How to hold us to it
Three steps, and none of them are a form.
- 01
Tell us what is wrong
Write to billing@aciezen.com from the address on your order. One line is enough.
- 02
We answer within one working day
We will ask once whether we can fix it instead. If you say no, that is the end of it, and there is no second attempt to talk you round.
- 03
Fixed, or refunded
Whichever you chose. The money goes back the way you paid it, through the same provider.
Being straight about it
What the guarantee covers.
A promise with no edges is one nobody believes. These are the edges.
Covered
- The design is not what was shown on the product page
- The work is not what the box said it included
- We missed the date on your order and you no longer want it
- You changed your mind before we started building
- Anything we got wrong and could not put right
Not covered
- Domain and hosting fees, billed by the provider rather than by us
- Work already approved and taken live at your request
- Custom work quoted separately and signed off by you
- Changes of mind about content you supplied and approved
Most guarantees are written to look reassuring and be difficult to claim. The test is whether the seller loses anything when you use it. On all four of ours, we do.
One thing worth knowing. Two rounds of changes are included in every box. Most of the time, something you do not like is something we can change, and it is faster than a refund. Ask for the change first if you would rather have the website than the money. If you would rather have the money, that is fine too, and it is the same email either way.
See what you would be buying.
Every design is finished and every price is on the label, which is what makes the rest of this page possible.
