The full terms, in plain English
What this price covers: Aciezen will design and build the pages listed above to the specification you provide during onboarding, and deliver within the stated timeframe once we have received all of your content and brand assets. The price includes 2 rounds of revisions; a revision round means one consolidated set of change requests. Maintenance runs from the day your site goes live. How long it runs depends on your order total: every $400 buys another 30 days of cover, up to a maximum of 6 months. Your exact term is shown before you pay and is recorded on your order. It covers: fixing anything that stops working the way it was built to work; minor bugs such as a broken link, a form that stops sending, or a layout that slips; security patches and platform updates; small text and image edits to existing pages; and restoring the site if it goes down. It does not cover: new pages, new features or a redesign; changes to what was agreed in the brief, which are revision rounds; third-party costs such as hosting, domain renewal or paid plugins; or repairing content that you or a third party changed. Anything outside this cover is quoted and agreed with you before any work starts, so you will never receive a bill you did not agree to first. After the term ends, the optional care plan continues the same cover monthly. Anything listed under "available as an extra" is not part of this price and is charged at the rates shown. Domain registration and hosting are billed directly by the provider and are not included. You retain full ownership of your site, content and domain on final payment. Timelines start from receipt of complete content; delays in providing content extend delivery accordingly. If you are not happy with the design or the work, you can request a full refund. No questions asked, and no time limit.
